A Comprehensive reminder list

Prior to move in

  • Schedule a private appointment with our leasing agent to review lease terms and finalize all move-in and deposit funds for secure processing and documentation.

Prior to possession

  • Finalize your renter’s insurance policy with all required adjustments, including coverage limits, landlord information for additional insured parties, and any applicable pet provisions. 
  • Ensure all utility accounts are activated with the respective agencies, effective as of your move-in date.

  • Complete Move in Inspection form(s)
  • Document interior and exterior condition of property via photo/video
  • Confirm landlord/management contact information
  • Confirm rental payment method and information pertaining
  • Address any outstanding questions, comments, and/or concerns to landlord/management company
